I feel like I have to explain this once a month You still have to download every DLC pack individually, you just don't have to pay for them. Xclaim posted I did.
And it still takes me to the PS store when I try and play it. This isn't how any DLC has worked in other games I've played. They have all auto downloaded, and are available to play immediately. Never seen a system as moronic as this. It's really not that complicated. In the ingame pause menu with the map, suits and stuff , there's a DLC tab.
If your DLCs are correctly installed, you should see them here, just select the one you want to play and it will switch the map from the "main campaign" version to the DLC one. That allows for easy switching back and forth. If that doesn't work and sends you to the store instead, then something is wrong or missing with your DLC installation. City That Never Sleeps is only an access key that makes the rest free on the store, but you need to have The Heist and Turf Wars installed as well.

The update was applied the first time you loaded Spider-Man. To read more about or to verify the updates, on the PS4's interface, highlight the game and press Options to review the Update History farther down on the same menu where you can choose Remove Disc. Luckily the team over at Insomniac Games are aware of the issue and have clued interested fans into what's going on. Many players took to social media to show off that the new DLC just won't download at all.
It's not a glitch or broken servers, however; it's as simple as some stores haven't caught up yet, at least according to the developers. If you don't see it available or can't download, please be patient.
