Originally purchased it for a trip to Disney World to take pics and videos and ended up using it at work each day. I do not know what I would do without it.

We have used this for several years and it works as advertised. However there is a problem. We do not delete photos from the iPhone after transfer. This is a precaution in case the ixpand fails. The problem is that after a 1, or 2, photos are stored on the ixpand, it takes tens of minutes for the ixpand to figure out what's been backed up and what hasn't. There needs to be a way to select the new photos that need backing up in a sane way and bypass the slow search.

You can, of course, select wha to back up - but the selection is on a photo by photo basis which is useless when we shoot or more a day. If this one feature could be added, this would go from good to terrific in a flash. I have tried all of the fixes seen online to get my phone to acknowledge the memory stick brand new iPhone 12 pro. I should have done more research for the few memory sticks that do not require an app. Thanks sandisk for such a wonderful product.
